WHY CHOOSE THIS PROGRAM?
- For Ecuadorian applicants, an updated ID card. For foreign applicants, a valid ID or passport issued by their country of residence.
- For Ecuadorian applicants, an updated voter registration certificate.
- For applicants who obtained their third-level degree in Ecuador, it must be properly registered with SENESCYT. For applicants who obtained their third-level degree abroad, it must be properly registered with SENESCYT (https://siau.senescyt.gob.ec) or have a certified or legalized copy with consular approval.

- Take a standardized aptitude test with an english component.
- An ability to evaluate alternative technological solutions, within the specific characteristics that a biomedical system must have, to comply certain needs for an application.
- An ability to compare existing and emerging technologies and their applications in healthcare, with accordance to regulations and good practices for biomedical devices.
- An ability to analyze purchases and management of biomedical devices, supervision and decision making regarding to medical technology to guarantee good quality in healthcare services by applying the regulatory framework and technological management in clinical services.
- An ability to combine knowledge in engineering and physiology, for applications in social, environmental, economic and global context through existing hospital normative.
