OVERVIEW

The Master’s in Process Improvement at FIMCP is a professional graduate program that equips professionals with the technical skills needed to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing and service organizations. This is accomplished through the use of quality engineering tools and proven continuous improvement methodologies.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

As part of the master’s program, participants can earn the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. To achieve this, students complete 4 specialized courses and implement a project utilizing Lean Six Sigma techniques.

APPLICANT PROFILE

Graduates with a bachelor’s degree who are working or aspire to work in process improvement, production planning, work organization, quality management, logistics, decision-making, or related fields.

Applicants may include Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Naval, Agricultural, Food Engineers, Statisticians, IT professionals, or other specialists whose careers or interests are linked to improving production and service processes.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Upon completing this graduate program, students will be able to analyze manufacturing and service processes involving people, machines, information, and materials. They will achieve this by applying knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and methodologies, as well as mathematical, statistical, and computational tools.

Curriculum

Requirements

For Ecuadorian applicants, an updated ID card. For foreign applicants, a valid ID or passport issued by their country of residence.
For Ecuadorian applicants, an updated voter registration certificate.
For applicants who obtained their third-level degree in Ecuador, it must be properly registered with SENESCYT. For applicants who obtained their third-level degree abroad, it must be properly registered with SENESCYT (https://siau.senescyt.gob.ec) or have a certified or legalized copy with consular approval.
