The Master's degree in Process Management and Food Safety is a professional postgraduate program focused, from a practical perspective, on providing knowledge and skills in process management and food safety so that, through analysis and innovation, graduates can generate and implement effective, efficient, and high-value solutions to the challenges and problems of the food industry sector.

APPLICANT PROFILE

A bachelor's degree or higher, legally recognized by SENESCYT, is required, preferably in Food Science and Technology, Human Nutrition, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Environmental Sciences, or Food Engineering.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Graduates of the Master's program in Process Management and Food Safety will be able to analyze disciplinary, interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary situations in public or private organizations, to contribute with innovations and improvements in the management and control of industrial processes, in order to obtain safe food for consumers effectively and efficiently.
