APPLICANT PROFILE
The student must have a third-level degree related to Food Sciences, preferably: Food Engineer, Agro-industrial Engineer or Chemical Engineer. Biotechnologists, biochemists, Agricultural and Biological Engineer, Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics and Pharmaceutical Biochemist Engineers must demonstrate proficiency in the field of knowledge.
GRADUATE PROFILE
Graduates of the Master's Degree in Food Science will be able to:
- Propose solutions to the problems of the food sector for innovation and/or improvement of processes and products.
- Develop research projects in food sciences to generate added value to Ecuadorian natural resources
