The Master's program in Human Talent Management trains professionals who have a holistic vision of the organization. APPLICANT PROFILE

Professionals who wish to acquire solid knowledge in human talent management to contribute to their professional field. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in related areas and experience in positions related to the human talent area.

GRADUATE PROFILE

Upon completing the program, the graduates will be able to design compensation and benefits systems in accordance with the needs of the organization and the legal work environment. They will implement systems that allow for an objective and strategic evaluation of the performance and development of the organization's human talent. Participants will design strategic plans that include human talent as a key element that allows for achieving the organization's mission and vision, plan and control human talent budgets, and know and master the most appropriate techniques to enhance management and decision-making capacity in their work area.

Requirements

For Ecuadorian applicants, an updated ID card. For foreign applicants, a valid ID or passport issued by their country of residence.
For Ecuadorian applicants, an updated voter registration certificate.
For applicants who obtained their third-level degree in Ecuador, it must be properly registered with SENESCYT. For applicants who obtained their third-level degree abroad, it must be properly registered with SENESCYT (https://siau.senescyt.gob.ec) or have a certified or legalized copy with consular approval.
