GRADUATE PROFILE
Upon completing the program, the graduates will be able to design compensation and benefits systems in accordance with the needs of the organization and the legal work environment. They will implement systems that allow for an objective and strategic evaluation of the performance and development of the organization's human talent. Participants will design strategic plans that include human talent as a key element that allows for achieving the organization's mission and vision, plan and control human talent budgets, and know and master the most appropriate techniques to enhance management and decision-making capacity in their work area.
