APPLICANT PROFILE
Designed for professionals with a Bachelor or Engineering degree in the areas of Agronomy, Agriculture, Biological Sciences, Nutrition, the field of Life Sciences, and agricultural production systems, including livestock and aquaculture. Professionals from Economics, Agricultural Economics, Business Sciences, Statistics, Agribusiness, Rural Administration, or other areas of training where the development of analytical, numerical, logical, and verbal skills is evident can also be applied.
GRADUATE PROFILE
Demonstrate in their field of action the mastery of the main theories, bases, concepts, and methodologies that are the basis of Rural Development, and their application.
Apply their knowledge of the concepts and development to solve problems related to rural agricultural organization, as well as to the design of agricultural policies.
Integrate their research and results in rural development programs or in the institutions in charge of the design and execution of agricultural and rural development policies.
Participate in the execution of original scientific research based on hypotheses, objectives, experimental and non-experimental work methodologies, and well-formulated analysis, which contribute to answering scientific questions and practical demands of society in the area of Rural Development.
